brokers who utilize the system and the only subscriber maintained
listing service in our market, the information is the most
accurate and up-to-date.
In addition to the exposure and access
to our subscribers, CRCPE averages over 350,000 property views
with 40 percent of those views coming from public users. Many of these
visitors are direct end users and investors searching for
commercial real estate.
Enhancements and
Improvements
With the recent release of Charlotte CPE 3.0, there are numerous
enhancements and improvements to the original release.
Enhancements were made on:
- Searching and Filtering Capabilities - CPE 3.0 streamlines
searching to improve response and data delivery time and maximizes
search efficiency to get the results you want fast.
- Upgraded Map Results and Search Tools - CPE 3.0
integrates Google Maps, a leading online provider of mapping
technologies, as its map service, which improves geo-coding
accuracy, result load time, satellite and hybrid imagery, and
polygon, and radius search capabilities.
- Improved Listing Delivery Methods - CPE 3.0 allows for quick and
easy printing, emailing and creation of customized PDF reports of
a single property, multiple properties from Search Results, and
properties saved in Portfolios.

Subscription Notices have been
sent to the
Designated REALTORS® of your firms. Renew your subscription today
to continue to use the CPE’s features such as sending and
receiving broadcast emails, utilizing the catalog programming, and
marketing your properties to both subscribers and non-subscribers
of the system.
The renewal deadline is June 30th, so don’t delay!
