The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (Corps) announced on June 1 in the Federal Register that they will re-issue Nationwide Permits (NWPs) for disturbing federal wetlands and other waters later this year.
 
York County is considering a series of changes to its rezoning and land development regulations that would require a more stringent Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) for all development projects.
 
July 1st marks the beginning of a new fiscal year for Mecklenburg County. That means that any pending changes in fees typically take effect July 1. However, this year, there are a few changes coming, but the effective dates are going to be a little different.
