Position Title: Chief Operating Officer

About the Position: 
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of 30 staff members while championing the growth and continued success of our medical aesthetics and weight loss businesses. We are looking for a dynamic, innovative, and motivated manager with proven success within a medical spa or plastic surgery environment. The successful candidate must have extensive experience producing high-quality, efficient clinical teams, strong financial management abilities, and a solid understanding of marketing and social media. This position requires the ability to work independently while maintaining strong communication and collaboration with the practice owner.

Education and Experience: 

  1. A minimum five years' practice management experience within a medical spa, aesthetics, or plastic surgery environment.
  2. Baccalaureate degree in business administration, healthcare administrator, or similar preferred.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated ability to build, lead, motivate, and maintain effective teams.
  4. Comprehensive knowledge of medical spa or practice operations including patient counseling, office efficiency, practice data processing systems, regulatory, and compliance.
  5. Strong financial background specific to physician offices including budgeting, financial reporting, POS systems, inventory management, and accounts payable.
  6. Demonstrable sales and marketing abilities including work knowledge of social media platforms.
  7. In-depth experience with customer experience management, telephone etiquette, and public relations.

  3. Demonstrates impeccable organizational skills, an ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, a strong attention to detail, and a high work ethic.

  5. Commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and outstanding customer service.
  6. Dedication to presenting a professional and positive image to both internal and external customers
