Position Title: Practice Administrator

The Practice Administrator will be responsible for overall operation of an established, physician owned, Nephrology practice with 2 locations in Greensboro. Staffing consists of 17 providers (11 physicians, 6 physician extenders) and 31 support staff. Additional areas of expertise and focus include supervision of the management team (revenue cycle, personnel, clinical), contract negotiations, provider recruitment and Human Resources. The Administrator will be responsible for development, implementation and maintenance of initiatives that enhance quality of care and achieve a high level of patient and provider satisfaction. He or she will also work closely with the physician board to ensure all policies and procedures are in compliance with applicable State and Federal regulations.
A minimum of 5 years' experience as a practice administrator is required. MBA, MHA or ACMPE Certification preferred but additional experience will be considered.
