Privately owned family practice with 5 physicians, 3 mid-levels, two models of care and two office locations seeking an experienced Practice Administrator. (Current administrator retiring). Crystal Coast Family Practice, PA is recognized by NCQA as a Patient Centered Medical Home and participates in several quality incentive programs. This position reports directly to the physician partners and has a broad range of responsibilities to include finances, reporting, human resources, oversight of practice operations, regulatory compliance, information technology, billing and reimbursement, contract negotiations and successful participation with various quality initiatives. A Bachelor's degree in Business or Health Care Administration with a minimum of 5 years experience in management of a health care organization preferred. The ideal candidate will have a thorough knowledge of healthcare principles and practices sufficient to manage, direct and coordinate the operations of the practice, fiscal management and accounting systems, insurance billing and collections, compliance, personnel management, risk management, credentialing, marketing and patient satisfaction. Experience in clinical quality improvement programs and successful EHR incentive attestation preferred.
