Position Title: Executive Director

 

Organization: Fort Worth Brain & Spine Institute, LLP

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Summary:
This position is responsible for directing and overseeing all functions and operations within the organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilites:
Responsible for driving the organization to achieve and surpass business goals and objectives.

Develops strategies to attain short- and long-term financial and operations goals.

Directs the development of the organization to ensure future growth.

Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external.

Evaluates current and proposed operational policies, objectives, and initiatives and leads the design and implementation of necessary changes.

Collaborates with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel to meet the needs of the organization.

Motivates and leads a high-performance management team.

Fosters a success oriented, accountable environment within the organization.

Required to follow HIPAA and OSHA compliance guidelines at all times.

Other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Directly supervises management team and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of these employees within the organization. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. Ensures employees adhere to company policies and procedures.

Educations and/or Experience:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred:
  • Master's degree

Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before employees of organization.

Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet browsers, and e-mail.
